Preparing For Your Session
Most people don’t give a second thought to their portrait session, they just dress “nice” and show up. Sometimes this works just fine, sometimes they are disappointed with the results. I put this guide together in the hopes that it will maximize your chances of getting fantastic portraits you are very happy with. You can view the guide HERE.

Portrait Pricing
In the past it has been a heavy, healthy mix of clients wanting digital files instead of actual prints. So in 2011, we have decided to put together two package structures based on the demand for digital file options. The prices you see here are for packages only, as they offer the best bang for your buck. However, we pride ourselves on being flexible and all of our packages are customizable. If you wish to substitute an 8x10 for 2 5x7's we have no problems with rearranging a package for you.
About Our Prints
All of our prints are sent off to some of the top photo developing and printing companies in the world. They are all printed on acid free, 100 year archival paper. All of our printed photos are copyright protected and cannot be scanned without a copyright release. If you plan on scanning and reprinting at your home or places such as Wal-Mart, CVS, or Mpix, then please see our digital packages.
About Our Digital Downloads
As we stated above a lot of people just want a CD of all their images or even 3 or 4 of the ones they like the best. With this option you pick the photos you like best, we edit them and prepare them at their largest size, and then send you a link to download your files. Clients can then print these photos where ever they choose and at any size they like. All of our digital clients receive copyright usage release from us which is needed in order to have these photos printed through any company.
Getting your digital prints printed can be inexpensive - however you must understand you get what you pay for. Places such as Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, and Sams Club for example are normally just kiosks which are designed to print anything. A lot of times I have seen colors blurred together or even color casts on the entire image. These places are not set up to handle specific color profiles that professional photographers work in. So use those vendors with caution and get a test image printed to see if you like the results. In an effort to make sure our clients get the most out of their prints all digital file purchases come with a list of suggestions for places to get your photos printed that we personally have verified make high quality professional images, and the cost is not much different than those of the places mentioned above.
A digital file credit = 1 photo which can be resized up to 16x20 or larger depending on what resizing program you use.
